Returns

Cancelling an Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery. To cancel an order, write “Cancel Order” on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely, in accordance with all relevant regulations, and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that you contact us to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. We may, at our discretion accept goods back outside of these 7 days subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must contact us for this option to be considered.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

Faulty Items

Although faults with batteries are very rare, we do occasionally get items that are faulty after purchase. We aim to handle all faulty items returned to us as quickly as possible to avoid inconvenience to you. We strongly suggest checking that your battery is where the fault lies as in many cases it could be a faulty alternator that is causing the indicated problems with the battery. Many batteries returned to us for test are simply flat and need recharging!
Contact us first to explain the fault. To return the goods, package the items securely, in accordance with all relevant regulations, and send them to us.
After a faulty battery is confirmed we will pay to ship a replacement back to you. Where no fault is found, whilst unlike some companies we don’t charge a test fee, we do charge carriage back to you. Any non-faulty items not collected within 3 months will be disposed of.
